Click the 'Get Started' or 'Sign Up' button on the homepage. You can register using your email address, phone number, or social accounts (Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn). Choose your role (Student, Freelancer, or Business) and complete your profile to get personalized recommendations.
After registration, you will receive a verification email or SMS with a code. Enter this code on the verification page to confirm your contact information. If you did not receive the code, you can request a new one from the verification page or your account settings.
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link. Follow the link to create a new password. For security, the link expires after 24 hours.
Yes, you can update your primary role in your Profile Settings. Navigate to Settings, then Profile, and select your preferred role. Your dashboard and recommendations will update based on your selected role.
Podacium takes data protection seriously. We comply with GDPR and Algerian data protection regulations. Your personal information is encrypted at rest and in transit, we never share your data with third parties without consent, and you can request a full data export or deletion anytime from your Privacy Settings.
Browse available courses in the Learning section. Click on a course to view details, then click 'Enroll' or 'Start Learning'. Some courses are free, while others require a subscription or one-time payment. Once enrolled, you can access all course materials immediately.
Learning paths are structured sequences of courses designed to help you master a specific skill or career track. Enroll in a path to get a recommended order of courses, track your overall progress, and earn a path completion certificate when you finish all courses.
Complete all required lessons and assessments in a course or learning path. Once you finish, you can generate a verified certificate from the course page. Certificates can be shared on your profile, downloaded as PDF, or shared directly to LinkedIn.
Yes, many courses offer downloadable resources such as PDFs, code files, and supplementary materials. Look for the 'Resources' section within each course. Video content requires an internet connection for streaming.
Yes. Podacium regularly hosts live workshops, webinars, and Q&A sessions with industry experts. These are included with premium subscriptions and cover topics from career development to technical skills. Recordings are available for on-demand viewing if you cannot attend live.
Your learning dashboard shows detailed analytics including completed lessons, quiz scores, time spent, and skill progression. You can set weekly learning goals, track streaks, and compare your progress against learning path milestones. All data is synced across devices in real time.
Navigate to the Hub section and click 'Post a Project' or 'Create Project'. Fill in the project details including title, description, category, budget range, and deadline. Review and publish your project to start receiving proposals from freelancers.
Browse available projects in the Hub section. Click on a project that matches your skills, then click 'Submit Proposal'. Write a compelling cover letter, set your proposed budget and timeline, and attach relevant portfolio samples. The client will review your proposal and may contact you for further discussion.
Once a client accepts your proposal, a contract is created. The client can set up milestones with specific deliverables and payments. Submit your work for each milestone, and the client will review and approve it. Payment is released upon approval of each milestone.
Payments are processed through the Podacium platform. Set up your payment method in Settings under Billing. When a client approves your milestone or project, the funds are transferred to your Podacium wallet. You can withdraw to your bank account or other supported payment methods.
If you encounter an issue with a contract, use the dispute resolution feature on the contract page. Describe the issue in detail and submit. Our support team will review the case and work with both parties to reach a fair resolution. Document all communications and deliverables to support your case.
Yes. Businesses can post team projects requiring multiple freelancers with different skill sets. The platform supports project-based team formation, milestone tracking across contributors, and consolidated billing. Enterprise clients also get dedicated account management for large-scale hiring needs.
Go to the BI section, then Datasets. Click 'Upload Dataset' and select your file (CSV, Excel, or JSON format supported). Provide a name, description, and tags for your dataset. Once uploaded, you can analyze the data, create visualizations, and share with team members.
Navigate to BI > Dashboards and click 'Create Dashboard'. Add widgets by selecting visualization types and connecting them to your datasets. Customize the layout, add filters, and configure refresh settings. Save and share your dashboard with organization members.
Organizations allow teams to collaborate on datasets, dashboards, and reports. Create an organization and invite team members via email. Set member roles and permissions. All organization members can access shared resources based on their permission level.
Yes. Dashboards can be shared via public links with optional password protection, embedded in websites or presentations, or exported as PDF reports. You control access permissions and can set expiration dates for shared links to ensure data security.
Podacium offers multiple plans: Free (basic access), Student Starter, Student Plus, and Student Pro for learners; BI Growth and BI Scale for businesses. Each plan includes different features and limits. Visit the Pricing page for detailed plan comparisons.
Go to Settings > Billing to view your current plan. Click 'Upgrade' to select a higher tier, or 'Cancel Subscription' to downgrade to the free plan. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Podacium accepts major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and regional payment methods depending on your location. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Payment methods can be managed in Settings > Billing.
We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for subscriptions if you have not extensively used premium features. For individual course purchases, refunds are available within 7 days if you have completed less than 25% of the course. See our Refund Policy page for full details.
Yes. Enterprise plans include consolidated billing for teams, custom user roles, dedicated account management, priority support, and custom integrations. Contact our sales team for a personalized quote. Annual enterprise plans also offer significant savings compared to individual subscriptions.
